Remember the access panel at the end of the episode? Well, after the code disappears, this leaf spins around on the panel. In the center of the leaf is the symbol for the Greek letter ‘Delta’…

Delta: (uppercase ?) is the fourth letter of the Greek alphabet. Generally used to denote ‘change‘ and ‘uncertainty‘. ‘Delta’ is derived form the Phoenician letter ‘Daleth‘ which translates in English to ‘door‘.

At the end of the episode, you see John Scott being wheeled into a lab of some sort. When the orderly placed his hand on the panel you can see an access code appear…the number is 112400
