When they first show Walter’s omelet, it looks completely normal. No signs of any body parts…

Looks yummy!
.
Peter reaches for a knife and fork…

Peek-A-Boo!
.
You can clearly see the ear (or something) hanging out of the side of the omelet. But then when Walter opens the omelet to show Peter the ear…

Gross!
.
The ear is firmly placed in the center of the omelet…nothing peeking out.

When Olivia is using her ’special’ power to turn the lights off on the bomb, we can see the ones she has turned off. Note the two on the right hand side…

Lights off
.
The camera flashes to Olivia, and then back to the lights…

Lights back on
.
Ooooh no…one step forward, two steps back.

According to Olivia, Little Hill Field is in Westford MA, just off RT3. For starters, Westford is closer to Highway 495 than it is to RT3…but, semantics, I say. O.K. so Olivia announces that she will come in from the south and Charlie should come in from the west. Kind of stupid to tell him to come in from the west…that means he has to drive all the way around the town to get to the west side. Alright, so Charlie has to take the long way around…big deal…off they go…

When George Moralis gets hit by the taxi, Olivia and Charlie run to his aide (or to arrest him), but the cop on the sidewalk behind them seems completely unconcerned with the man who just got run over by a car…

At the beginning of the episode, when Loeb looks in to his night vision goggles, this is what we see…

Truck go right...
.
But when they show the truck from the regular view, this is what we see…

...Truck go left
.
Not only is the truck going around a left hand corner now, but the driver has switched from the right to the left side of the truck.
When the doctor positions the retractor and cranks Loeb’s chest open, we can see that the top is is parallel to Loeb’s body…but then when he steps back to look down on it…the retractor has turned 45 degrees…
